How Amazon purchases work
- Prices, stock, delivery times and checkout are managed on Amazon Australia. We don't publish retail prices here because they can change — always check the current price and availability on Amazon.
- Your order, payment, shipping and returns are handled under Amazon's terms and policies.
- For order issues (delivery, refunds, returns) please start with Amazon via Your Orders.
- For product questions — heating, care or materials — you're welcome to contact us at hello@heatwaveproducts.com.au. Include your Amazon order number if relevant.
- Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
